Okay, now let’s talk Bridgerton.
Bridgerton is the newest show from Shondaland, Shonda Rhimes’ producing company (they produced Scandal, Grey’s Anatomy, How To Get Away with Murder) and let’s just say that she didn’t come to play. This being her debut show on Netflix it holds up to all the promises that Shondaland is known for. Beautiful storytelling, gorgeous people and scandal.
Bridgerton is a show based on the Romance novels by Julia Quinn, set in Regency Era England and it follows the powerful aristocratic Bridgerton Family as they try to navigate the world of English high society all the while trying to avoid scandal. Scandal peddled by the famous albeit, anonymous Lady Whistledown.
Ladies, you need to watch this show for no reason other than the Duke of Hastings because…. Well I’m just going to come out and say it, that is one beautiful man. And the things he does in that show…Wacha nitawachia hapo:-D. But anyway, it’s a really good show and everyone needs to watch it.
Season one is now available on Netflix with a total of eight episodes. Can’t wait to see what Shonda has in store or us next.
